Rapid Roof Tarps is the emergency storm-response name of Horizon Commercial Roofing, Inc., a licensed Florida roofing and general contractor. It's the same company, with the same licensed crews and the same accountability.
One company. An easy name to remember.
After a hurricane, nobody wants to dig through search results for a contractor's legal name. They need a number they can remember and a crew that shows up. That's why we use the name Rapid Roof Tarps for our emergency tarping and dry-in service.
Behind the name is Horizon Commercial Roofing, Inc., which holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1329116 and Florida Certified General Contractor license CGC1535585. Every tarp and dry-in we install is done under those licenses, by our own crews, and backed by the same company that does our permanent roofing work.
When the emergency is over and you're ready for a permanent repair or replacement, you're already working with a licensed roofing contractor, and nobody has to start over.

Johnathan Leo has more than 20 years in Florida roofing. He started during the 2004–2005 hurricane rebuilds in Palm Beach County, working alongside his father as homes and businesses recovered from back-to-back storms. Those seasons taught him what property owners need after a hurricane: fast, honest communication, work done right the first time, and a contractor who's still around when the job is finished.
Today Johnathan leads Horizon's storm-response operations, including the Rapid Roof Tarps crews now working across the Florida Panhandle after Hurricane Isaias.
